How it Works
01. Preparation
You will be provided with a dedicated CLM hiring manager available throughout the full hiring process in order to help build relationships and learn your specific needs. Firstly, it is important to discuss each individual requirement for your role, in which CLM will provide an informative job description suited specifically to your role requirements.
02. Search and Selection
After our job searching and advertisement tailored to you, CLM will select the best candidates who we believe will be best suited to your job vacancy for interviewing.
03. Interviews
The interview process is completely up to you in how you would like to execute it. Whether it be in-person, online, with CLM's support or without. In the case that you would like extra support, our hiring managers are able to prepare and execute interviews alongside your own team of management.
04. Deciding a Candidate
Ultimately, the selected employee will be building a working relationship with your company and becoming part of your team for the foreseeable future. Therefore, just like our interview process, we like to ensure you have as much or as little involvement in the decision making as you would like. On call support and communication from your dedicated hiring manager is available at all times.
05. Onboarding
Now you've hired a high calibre individual suited to your specifc requirements. However, our support does not have to end here! CLM are pleased to announce we now offer the addition of onboarding support to your recruited employee. This can include basic HR, payroll setup and employee handbooks/ onboarding packs individually created for your individuals needs*. If your company is already a CLM payroll customer, they will be automatically added to the system.
*Please note: this is an additional cost not included in the original permanent recruitment terms.
